We teach Pickleball by offering online video courses. We partner with the top players in the sport to give you the best strategies, techniques and advice to improve your game. Our customers are brand new to Pickleball and up to advanced tournament players.

Where are my videos?
Courses are located in 'My Library'and can be accessed after purchasing the course and logged in.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
You can’t leave now, we’re just getting to know each other. If you must go, click on the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. When you’re ready to come back, we’ll be waiting for you.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay and American Express
Do you accept international credit cards?
Currently we accept international credit cards but can only ship to an address within the United States or its territories. Please note that the credit cards must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Do you charge sales tax?
Apparel orders shipped to North Carolina or California are subject to their respective state’s sales tax

No, we don't
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes, we are Level 1 PCI Compliant which was established by the Payment Card Security Standards Council. The standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure. You can read more about it here https://www.pcicomplianceguide.org/
When will I receive my apparel order?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products. 98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
How do I return apparel?
All products must be in the condition you received it.
We will not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged. Customers must pay for return shipping per company policy, unless the circumstance calls for it. We will take care of reshipping costs.
Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

How do you ship packages?
USPS First Class or Priority with a tracking number FedEx for expedited orders International Economy with or without tracking for international orders. We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping charges in the US
For t-shirts we charge $5.00 for 1 item & $0.75 for each additional t-shirt Hats are shipped at $5.75, plus $0.60 for each additional item T-shirts shipped priority are $6.00, plus $1.00 for each additional item
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
We submit your refund to your bank immediately. You will then receive the funds in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the original refund.
Can I download videos to my computer?
Yes, each video can be downloaded

Can I contribute an article or blog to Quick Pickle?
Yes, you can. Email us at email@example.com with your content. Make sure it’s an article your fellow players will enjoy reading. We will email you back when we are able to post it on Quick Pickle.
Can I email or post Quick Pickle blogs on other websites?
Yes, there are social media links next to the articles that you can use to post if you have an account with them. You can also email a blog by clicking on the email icon.
Do you donate money to any charitable causes?
Yes, we do! We contribute a portion of our sales to two areas. We donate money to school districts to purchase Pickleball equipment. Getting children involved in the sport at an early age ensures Pickleball will continue to grow. We also contribute to Ear Community, a non-profit that advocates for people born with Microtia and Atresia throughout the world. They educate the medical community about Microtia and Atresia and host picnics for families on every continent and can be reached at Ear Community
